Timothy Parks, pro se, appeals the denial of his motion to correct error, which challenged the grant of a motion to dismiss in his civil rights action against Madison County, Indiana, Thomas Newman, Scott Mellinger, Wayne Schaffter, Patrick Cunningham, Jr., and David Puckett.
