Appellant argues that it is impossible to attempt the crime of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct because fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct is an unintentional crime, while any attempt crime requires specific intent. In addition, appellant argues that there is insufficient evidence to support his convictions. Because we hold that fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct is a specific intent crime...
