Defendant-appellant Pablo Manjarrez (a/k/a Paul Riend) appeals from his criminal conviction of one count of conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute in excess of 1,000 kilograms of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A)(vii) (1999), and two counts of possessing with intent to distribute more than 100 kilograms of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1)...
