The issues raised by counsel in this appeal are whether the trial court erred in failing to advise the defendant at sentencing of post-conviction relief provisions and whether the sentence imposed was excessive. The pro se issues include whether the State's witness gave perjured testimony, if the defendant received ineffective assistance of counsel, and whether the presentence investigation report is inaccurate.
