Gregory Allen Gant ("defendant") appeals his convictions and sentencing for forgery, uttering, and being an habitual felon. We find no error.

On 28 August 2000, defendant was indicted by a Lenoir County Grand Jury for nine counts of forgery and nine counts of uttering (00CRS007551).
