This is Craig M. Bryant's direct appeal from three convictions of first-degree felony murder. The sole issue raised relates to testimony by the former wife of Bryant's co-conspirator, who incriminated Bryant in the crimes.

This is a companion case to State v. Pink, 270 Kan. 728, 20 P.3d 31
