This suit arises out of plaintiff's employment as a dispatcher in the sheriff's office of Montgomery County, Kansas. In her complaint, plaintiff sets forth claims of race and sex discrimination and harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 as well as a state law claim for breach of an implied contract.
