[¶ 1.] Judy Jones was charged with 4 counts of unlicensed practice of midwifery in connection with her involvement in the at-home births of two children. The State filed a notice of intent to use evidence of an injunction prohibiting Jones from practicing midwifery, a contempt order for violating the injunction, and the treatment and death of one of the children she helped deliver.
