This cause is before the court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand or Abstain (Doc. # 5) and Defendants' Motion to Transfer Venue (Doc. # 2).1 This case was removed to this court under 28 U.S.C. § 14522 on April 22, 2002, from the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama.
