Appellant/cross-appellee, R.S. Fox, L.L.L.P. ("Fox"), appeals from the decision of the district court concerning the assessed valuation of certain buildings on its property. Fox claims (1) the court erred in admitting certain evidence and (2) the court's assessed value lacks a factual basis.
