OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Carl Mote, Jr. ("Mote") appeals from his jury conviction for Child Molestation,1 as a Class C felony, in the Fulton Superior Court. Mote was sentenced to the Department of Correction for eight years executed. Mote raised three issues on appeal, but we find the following one dispositive: whether the trial court abused its discretion when it denied Mote's Motions for Mistrial.

We reverse.
