Kevin Cutkelvin was indicted on 14 charges in connection with the armed robbery of a Family Dollar store. A jury found Cutkelvin guilty of eight of those charges, namely: armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, carrying a concealed weapon, and carrying a firearm without a license.
