Case Summary

Appellant-plaintiff Ron Woehnker ("Woehnker") appeals the decision of the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board ("the Board") denying his request for an independent medical examination ("IME"). We reverse.

Woehnker raises a single issue for review, which we restate as whether the Board erroneously denied his request for an IME.
