¶ 1 In this appeal from his judgment of sentence for Tampering with Public Records 1 and Forgery2, appellant maintains that the trial judge should have dismissed the charges prior to trial. He also claims the court erred in its instructions to the jury and in ordering that restitution be made by a date certain. We affirm.
