SAAD, J.

Defendant appeals as of right from his bench trial conviction of second-degree murder, M.C.L. § 750.317, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, M.C.L. § 750.227b. The trial court sentenced defendant to consecutive prison terms of thirty to seventy years for the second-degree murder conviction and two years for the felony-firearm conviction.
