Michael J. Dortch and Elyn Sikes Dortch ("defendants") appeal the entry of judgment in favor of K. Mark Stephens, Denise Buff Stephens, V. Ken Pfahl and Susan C. Pfahl ("plaintiffs"). We affirm.
