Alice G. Arnwine appeals the trial court's order dismissing her amended complaint against The Huntington National Bank, N.A. (Huntington). Because the trial court erred in not relating the amended complaint back to the date of filing of the original complaint as to the causes of action originally pleaded, we reverse and remand for further proceedings. However, as to the cause of action for civil conspiracy pleaded for the first time in the amended complaint...
