Gwinnett County homebuilder Terry Segars appeals from the judgment awarded upon a jury verdict in favor of homeowners Cathy Cleland and her neighbors, Kathy and Thomas Nesbitt. In this nuisance suit, Segars built the Nesbitts' home in violation of county ordinances, infringing upon Cleland's property rights.
