¶ 1 Steven Kerr (Appellant) appeals from the trial court's order that denied his Petition to Open and/or Stay Execution of a judgment by confession that PNC Bank (Appellee) obtained against Kerr, a guarantor of business loans on which the corporate borrower defaulted.
