Lois Aubin ("plaintiff") appeals the grant of a directed verdict in favor of Anthony A. Susi ("Susi"), New Harborgate Corporation (formerly and hereinafter "The Susi Corporation") and Bluebird Corporation ("Bluebird") (collectively "defendants") on her claims of fraud, constructive fraud, and unfair and deceptive practices.
