Julia Hess appeals a workers' compensation judgment which found that she was not entitled to supplemental earnings benefits. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS

Hess, who was trained in respite and as a cook, went to work for Grand Casino Coushatta in December 1994, as a lead line cook/supervisor. On August 18, 1996, she was injured while working. She fell backward over a stool while she was backing out of the walk-in cooler...
