This appeal concerns a multiple bill adjudication and sentencing only. Lanford Payne was convicted of two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated assault on April 26, 2000. He was sentenced to serve ten years at hard labor on each of the armed robbery convictions and to serve five years on each of the aggravated assault convictions; all the sentences are to run concurrently.
