John Matthew Jackson was indicted by a Clayton County grand jury on one count of kidnapping with bodily harm, one count of false imprisonment, one count of simple battery, and one count of cruelty to children in the second degree. The jury acquitted him of false imprisonment and cruelty to children and convicted him of kidnapping with bodily harm and simple battery. He appeals, asserting five enumerations of error.
