In March 2000, defendant, Derrick Collins, was charged by bill of information with two counts of attempted first degree murder. At arraignment, he pled not guilty. In August 2000, following a hearing, the trial court found probable cause to arrest and denied Mr. Collins' motion to suppress identifications.
