This appeal arises from an Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) judgment which found that Barbara Weston, the claimant, did not violate the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statute 23:1208 which penalizes a claimant who makes a willful false statement or representation for the purpose of obtaining compensation benefits.
