Defendant was charged in four informations with, inter alia, sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law former § 130.50 [3]) for sexual acts against his younger daughter that occurred "on numerous occas[]ions from the age of 5 years old up to the age of 10 years old (1991 to 1996)."
