On 24 May 2001, QSP filed an action against defendant for breach of a "Confidentiality, No-Solicitation, and Non-Competition Agreement." QSP also filed a motion seeking a temporary restraining order against defendant. The trial court granted QSP's motion for a temporary restraining order that same day.
