Gary E. Cullipher was charged by bill of information with one count of vehicular homicide, a violation of La.R.S. 14:32.1. The Defendant pled guilty to the charge on February 7, 2001. In exchange for his guilty plea, the State agreed to dismiss one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense.
