¶ 1. Frank Davis was indicted in the Circuit Court of Grenada County for possession of a controlled substance, more than one kilogram but less than five kilograms of marijuana, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-139(c)(2)(F) (Rev.2001).
