This is an automobile personal injury suit in which the plaintiff appeals the dismissal of his claims. We affirm.

The accident occurred on October 26, 1998 in the early afternoon at the intersection of Williams Boulevard (Louisiana Highway 49) and West Metairie Avenue in Kenner.
