In this community property partition, both parties appeal from a judgment ordering the husband to make an equalization payment of $31,667.41 based upon the trial court's division of assets. For the following reasons, we amend the judgment to include a savings account that was inadvertently omitted from the judgment and to delete one asset, the Armstrong Street property, that we find was mistakenly classified as community.
