We have for review a referee's report recommending that Brian Neiman, individually, and Brian Neiman, Inc., a Florida corporation, ("Neiman"), be enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practice of law. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. For the reasons that follow, we approve the referee's recommended findings of fact and conclusions of law, concluding that the respondents have extensively engaged in the unlicensed practice...
