Defendant Painia Development Corporation1 appeals by delayed application for leave to appeal granted from an order denying defendant summary disposition and granting plaintiff summary disposition in this action for foreclosure of a lien under the Construction Lien Act (CLA), M.C.L. § 570.1101 et seq. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
