On February 14, 2000, Nathan Nick was a passenger on a Louisiana Transit Bus, heading toward his apartment in Kenner, Louisiana. The bus driver, Milton Walker, dropped Mr. Nick off at a bus stop on Jefferson Highway across the street from his apartment complex.
