[¶ 1] Carroll Stanley appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Hjelm, J.) concluding that Howard A. and Barbara R. Hartwell have a right of way over the range-way that connects their property with Stanley Road and finding that Stanley Road is a public way.
