Twin boys, eleven years old, were adjudicated children in need of care in juvenile proceedings. The juvenile judge rendered a judgment of disposition terminating the custody of the State and placing the children in the custody of their father. E.C., the mother of the children, appeals. As her lone assignment of error, she asserts that the State failed to meet its burden of proving that the children were children in need of care under Louisiana law...
