In this consolidated appeal, Stewart & Stevenson Services (S & S) appeals two final judgments entered by the trial court in favor of Westchester Fire Insurance Company (Westchester). The first judgment was entered following a jury verdict in favor of Westchester on S & S's claim for indemnity (Case No. 01-298).
