Appellant Dorothy A. Day was charged with a violation of § 195.2111 in that she possessed more than five grams of marijuana with intent to distribute. As a foundation for the charge, Highway Patrol officers found and seized 52.6 pounds of marijuana in an automobile appellant was driving.
