Defendants Ronald Leroy McKinley, Tony Gilbert, Jr., and Angelo Fuentes are charged in a three-count Indictment with Murder in the First Degree in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1111, Felony Murder in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1111, and Robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2111.
