The defendant, Santez Long, was charged by bill of information with one count of armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. After a jury trial, the defendant was convicted as charged. He was sentenced to serve eight years at hard labor without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. The defendant now appeals.
