Plaintiff-Appellant Mladen Zivkovic ("Zivkovic") appeals the district court's grant of judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellee Southern California Edison Co. ("Edison") after a bench trial on Zivkovic's claim of disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA").
