Justice NEWMAN.

Roderick Andre Johnson (Johnson) appeals from an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County (PCRA court) denying his Petition for Post-Conviction Relief pursuant to the Post-Conviction Relief Act1 (PCRA). For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm the decision of the PCRA court.
