Acting pro se, Russell Wech, also known as Larry Rainey, appeals from the trial court's denial of his "Petition for Writ of Error Coram Nobis," in which he claimed that his guilty plea was invalid.

Wech, however, pled guilty in 1994, and it is well settled that "after the expiration of the term of court in which a guilty plea is entered and of the time for filing an appeal from the conviction, the only remedy available to a defendant for withdrawing...
