In this appeal, appellant contests the trial court's award of attorney's fees. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
This case comes before us on appeal for the third time. The facts underlying the basis of this inverse condemnation suit, filed on October 9, 1987, are no longer at issue, and were summarized in our previous opinion, Rivet v. State, DOTD.
