RUFFIN, Judge.

A jury found Harvey George Mack guilty of two counts of second degree criminal damage to property.1 Mack appeals, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence. For reasons that follow, we affirm Mack's conviction on one count, but reverse on the other count.
