Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Daniel P. Hyndman, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

STEVENSON, J.

Appellant, Wendy LaFleur, was charged with one count of grand theft auto in the second degree and possession of a motor vehicle with an altered vehicle identification number. He was found guilty of the grand theft charge and subsequently sentenced to 74.3125 months in jail as an habitual offender.
