Michael James Pierce was indicted for the aggravated battery of Nick Wilkerson and the murder of Eletha Diane Sherrod. A jury convicted Pierce of aggravated battery and involuntary manslaughter. Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Pierce filed this appeal in which he contends that the trial court erred in two evidentiary rulings and in restricting the scope of its recharge to the jury. Because we find no merit in these contentions...
