In this patent infringement suit, Neo-Magic Corp. appeals from a decision of the District Court for the District of Delaware granting summary judgment of noninfringement to Trident Microsystems, Inc. ("Trident"). NeoMagic Corp. v. Trident Microsystems, Inc., 129 F.Supp.2d 689, 698 (D.Del.2001). We affirm-in part, vacate-in-part, and remand.
