In this wrongful death action, the plaintiffs, Susie Edwards, Eula Mae Johnson, Alfred Williams and Albert Williams, Jr., appeal a judgment granting their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict ("JNOV") on the issue of damages and denying the motion with respect to the jury's allocation of fault.
