Appellant Sidonie Paves brought this civil action against her children, Appellees Barry Corson, M.D. ("Son") and Carol Corson ("Daughter"), asserting claims of conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of a confidential relationship, intentional infliction of emotional distress and battery.
